Maison Mnabha is English owned and family run.   A warm and hospitable welcome is extended to independent travellers and as a house guest at Maison Mnabha you will receive personal and individual attention throughout your stay in the Kasbah of Marrakech.

The distinction of Maison Mnabha lies in the authenticity and originality of its ambience

The authenticity of the architectural decoration of Maison Mnabha is reflected in a richly textured use of colour and pattern in the salons which are the original reception rooms of an ancestral family house.   On a small and intimate scale the interior of the house represents a tradition that  has been the hallmark of Marrakech palaces for centuries: painted cedar wood ceilings and doors, carved plasterwork and hand cut polychromatic mosaic tiles.

On the upper level of Maison Mnabha, a patio decorated with hand made bricks and tiles leads to two roof terraces with panoramic views of the surrounding minarets, palaces and sights of the old city.  Seen from Maison Mnabha's terraces in the winter and spring, the snow capped peaks of the High Atlas Mountains rise above the silhouettes of the elegant palm trees that border the Royal Agdal Gardens, originally planted in the twelfth century.

Our impartial knowledge and experience are always available for our guests who we hope will leave Marrakech with vivid memories of a city that is brimming with life and entertainment on every street corner.  Our ambition is to give genuine insight into the cultural richness and diversity of Morocco - including the cooking of the region.
